- Services Offered
We offer two types of services for strollers, baby car seats, cots, and bouncers cleaning and sanitizing:
· Free Pick-Up and Drop-Off: We collect your items from your location and return them within 3-4 days.
· On-Site Service: We provide cleaning and sanitizing services at your location.
- Service Process
· Booking: You can book our services through our website or by contacting us directly.
· Turnaround Time: We aim to return your items within 3-4 days. Delays may occur during peak times, and we will notify you if this is the case.
· Quality Assurance: While we strive to remove all dirt and stains, some areas may have permanent damage or fading that cannot be restored. We do not offer refunds in these cases.
- Payments
· Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.
· No Refunds: Once the service is completed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including areas where dirt or stains cannot be fully removed.
- Liability
· Item Condition: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the items or any damage caused by normal wear and tear during the cleaning process.
· Service Limitations: Our services are designed to clean and sanitize, not to repair or restore items to their original condition.
- Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of the UAE.
